Matthew Ghourdjian, Chief Executive Officer
Matt holds a 25 year track record of creativity and execution, designing, building, implementing and operating information technology solutions in the telecommunication, healthcare, legal and financial services industries in senior technical positions. Matt was a founder of CoderCard, Digital Convergence, Ceira Technologies and Cogility Software. He is a former partner at BearingPoint and Arthur Andersen.

Yngvar Tronstad, Senior Vice President and Chief Scientist
A highly regarded technical professional, Yngvar has over 25 years of experience in defining, developing and deploying mission critical systems. As a founding technologist, Yngvar conducted research and development of world leading System Engineering (SE) software products used widely today in the military and aerospace industries. Yngvar has been instrumental in the extension of the core SE technology with Object-Oriented Enterprise Software Applications into the commercial market. He is a former Partner and Managing Director at KPMG Consulting, (now Bearing Point), and the former Chief Scientist and technology founder of Ascent Logic Corporation.

Himansu Desai, Vice President of Software Development
Himansu has over 18 years of experience in design, development, management and deployment of complex, distributed software systems in the areas of Real-time Data Integration, Systems Engineering and Model Driven Composite Applications. Before joining Cogility Software, Himansu was a Senior Manager within the Advanced Technology Group at KPMG Consulting (now BearingPoint) and was one of the co-architects of BearingPoint's Configure to Fit (CTF) solution, which provides end-to-end integration of business processes, workflows, and data across disparate systems. Before BearingPoint, Himansu was a Principal Engineer at Ascent Logic Corporation, contributing to its flagship Systems Engineering product for validating complex systems. Himansu holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from the University of Bombay and a MS in Engineering from Tulane University.
