The Weapons Information Reporting Tool (WRITE) application was developed by Cogility for the DCGS-A as a Counter- Improvised Explosive Device (C-IED) tool that fills the information gap that exists at the battalion level and below. The effort is to take Cogility’s proprietary WRITE application and perform the necessary customizations to allow it to be deployed on the DCGS-A DIB as a turnkey application.
