the Chairman and CEO of Acquired Sales Corporation (trading symbol AQSP), and a director of Patient Home Monitoring Corp. (trading symbol PHM). Previously Mr. Jacobs co-founded and served as the CEO and a director of Metal Management Inc. (now part of Sims Metal Management Inc., trading symbol SMS) and of Think Partnership Inc. (now Inuvo Inc., trading symbol INUV). Mr. Jacobs also served as a director of Crown Group Inc. (now America's Car-Mart Inc., trading symbol CRMT) and of several privately held companies. Mr. Jacobs is a graduate of Harvard University, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, and of The University of Chicago Law School, which he attended as a Weymouth Kirkland Law Scholar. Mr. Jacobs was elected twice to the Board of Education of District 200, Oak Park and River Forest High School, Oak Park, Illinois. Mr. Jacobs is a resident of Illinois.

Matthew Ghourdjian

Matt holds a 30 year track record of creativity and execution, designing, building, implementing and operating information technology solutions in the telecommunication, healthcare, legal and financial services industries in senior technical positions. Matt was a founder of CoderCard, Digital Convergence, Ceira Technologies and Cogility Software. He is a former partner at KPMG Consulting and Arthur Andersen.
